The Knowing Self Knowing Others podcast hosted by me has emerged as a significant voice in the conversation about leadership and self awareness. So in response to the growing recognition that self awareness is essential for effective leadership, I launched the podcast after finishing my doctoral research, and my aim was to take my research findings from academia to the office.
